Function of Internal Sales

1 Outbound telemarketing with primary objective of ensuring database has accurate contact details including phone, email, contact and position
2 Perform administrative duties as required
5 Outbound telemarketing to accounts, leads based on EDM distribution, Advertising and other.

6 Ensuring accuracy of data in CRM

7 Develop outbound telemarketing campaigns with key objective of lead generation and sales

8 Update sales on leads generated and provide detail accordingly

9 Record and improve standard sales assistance best practices pertinent to customer and operations communication
12 Provide regular sales support updates to management as required.
14 Log any customer problems or complaints on the record so that sales managers have a complete picture of the customers’ interactions with the company

17 Excellent administrative, clerical, record-keeping and computing skills are essential for the sale support role. Must also demonstrate attention to detail so that they enter customers’ requests accurately
