  • We will answer your call within 6 rings (by a person)
  • We will supply you with a quote/rate within 24 hours

  • We will inform you of the availability of staff within 48 hours

  • We will allocate a dedicated customer service person within 24 hours of your order.

  • We will contact you within 24 hours of the staff ¬†starting work for you.

  • We will send you a detailed invoice within 10 days at the end of the fortnight
  • If we fail to keep up with our service level we will penalise ourselves by issuing you a credit voucher of $25.
